In West Bengal, the politics of the tribe has intensified even before the second phase of polling. And the tribe was discussed by CM Mamata Banerjee of Bengal. While giving an example at the election rally, she described her tribe, while in this case, union minister Giriraj Singh has said that Mamata Banerjee has been scared of defeat in the election.

It has been revealed that TMC leader Mamata Banerjee spoke on Tuesday amidst a speech at a last public meeting in Tengua in Nandigram that her tribe is a Shandilya, but when asked, she speaks that my tribe is mother Mati Manush. The statement was made by Mamata Banerjee on the last day of campaigning in Nandigram, after which political reactions began.
