In this regard, the officer of Maharashtra's Kolsewadi police station has said that the boy was waiting for a rickshaw in the early hours of Wednesday when the accused offered to take him on his scooter. The boy got into his words, and then both went ahead.
He has said that "the man later took her to a lodge, mixed something in his drink, and raped him." A case has been registered for unnatural sex and other offences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
