In this case, when the student pressurized marriage, the accused and his family asked to give ten lakh rupees, when the student did not agree, the accused threatened to kill her.

According to reports received in this case, "A 21-year-old girl resident of Apaganj in Madhagunj police station area befriended Krishna Sharma and after being friends, one day Krishna took the girl to her house on the pretext of meeting her Tai and threatened her with rape."  After the incident, the accused continued to exploit her. Now when the student pressured him to marry, the accused turned away from his promise.

In this case, the victim said, "When the girl came to complain to Krishna's family, first the family scolded Krishna and then threatened to calm her down by giving her one million rupees." When the student refused to take the money, the accused's uncle Vijay threatened to kill her. Troubled with the threat, the student came to the police station and complained about the case. In this case, the police have registered a case on the complaint of the student and issued a search for the accused.
