In Odisha's Cuttack, a girl was raped by a boy whom she came to know through the Social networking site Facebook. From last six months, the victim knew the boy. She hails from Jaipur.

As per the source, the police said "The girl, a native of Jaipur, was in touch with the minor boy through social media for the last six months. The accused asked her to come to the city and she arrived here on January 26"

The accused took her to a rented house in Badambadi area. The police have arrested him under the section of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act.
