Mumbai: A 35-year-old man flashed his private part at the 23-year-old girl when she was withdrawing the money from a State Bank of India ATM at Navghar locality in Mulund. Showing rare courage, the woman confronted the accused and shot a video of his criminal act. The video is going viral on the internet.

In the video, the accused could be seen covering his private organ when the girl started to shoot the video. The video has gone viral on social media.

Rape accused on bail raped another minor girl

The accused has been identified as Sandeed Kumbharkar, who works for private club.He has now been arrested by Mumbai Police. He has been charged under Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code which deals with outraging the modesty of the women.

According to a Twitter post by the Girl, the incident happened at 3 am on Sunday when she was at an ATM Kiosk in Hari Om Nagar locality. She was trying to take out money to pay for a rickshaw. The victim said that initially the man offered to help her but tried to touch her inappropriately and then flashed his private parts. The woman promptly approached the nearby police van and showed them the video. The police followed the accused and nabbed him.

The girl took to Twitter and wrote,“I had gotten down to withdraw money to pay the Rick and I was facing problems and this guy offered to pay for it but he kept touching me inside the ATM! I decided to record him and he panicked.”
