The case of crime which has come up recently is from Baghpat. In this case, the victims of the kidnapping of the girl student are pressurizing the family to withdraw the case, with which they have said that if it does not happen then they will be killed. Yes, the victim student has requested SP for life and security and the police has asked the victim to take action.

In this case, a girl from village Barnawa in Thana Binauli area studies in primary school in class five in the village and at the same time, her family says that on November 16, at nine in the morning, she went to school and after that she sid not come home. Even after the end of school time, when the girl did not reach home, the family started searching for the student, but during this time two students of the school told them that I saw the student going with Mannan son Furqan of the village itself.

After that, the family had filed a report of kidnapping the girl, mentioning the name of Mannan, and the police had recovered the student from Baraut and arrested the accused and sent him to jail under the POCSO Act. At the same time, the police had made statements of section 164 in the court of the student and the student accused Mannan, Nabbu, Gulzar, Babu and Haneef of being dehumanized and tortured in their house. Now, in this case, the victims have complained to the SP about the threat of killing the life of the accused.
