New Delhi: Farmers have been protesting against the new agricultural laws for many days. The farmers are demanding the repeal of the new law. Even after several rounds of talks between the central government and the farmers, this problem has not been resolved. Meanwhile, Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh called an all-party meeting on the issue of farmers on Tuesday, in which Rakesh Tikait, who is leading the farmers' movement, was appreciated. A resolution was also passed in this meeting.

The resolution passed in the meeting said that along with making the minimum support price (MSP) legal, the central government should immediately repeal the agricultural laws. The resolution condemned the violence in Delhi and demanded a judicial inquiry into the negligence of those responsible for maintaining peace and order at the Red Fort. The resolution also calls for the withdrawal of the cases filed against the farmers and their release, who are in jail.

Along with this, it has also been decided to send an all-party delegation to the PM to meet in this regard. Taking seriously the delay from the Center in resolving this problem, the political parties of Punjab appealed to the Government of India to resolve the grievances of the farmers and repeal the three agricultural laws immediately.
