On this, the Bicholim police say that as soon as these people started work, Shetgaonkar came there and he expressed his objection and tried to stop the workers from working there. But the workers did not listen and kept working. During this time, the JCB dug the soil and the laborers saw the body of a woman under it. After this, Shetgaonkar standing there, seeing this, escaped from there.
