Panaji: Goa is the most popular tourist destination of the country, where a large number of domestic and foreign tourists come to spend their holidays every year, especially in the winter season. Tourism is also the main employment of Goa. This year, due to Corona epidemic, the state did not see a rush of tourists, but due to the improvement of the situation and Chhath Puja (Chhath Puja), now the movement of tourists has started again, due to which the state police has expressed concern.

Seeing the increasing number of tourists in Goa again, the state's Director General of Police (DGP) Mukesh Kumar Meena has said that controlling the crowd will be a challenging task in the era of coronavirus epidemic. Let us tell you that so far around 900 policemen have been hit by Corona in Goa, including DGP.

On Friday, the police and the beach patrol faced a lot of difficulty in controlling the crowd of people on Miramar beach. A large number of tourists were taking a dip in the water to perform Chhath Puja. A large number of people gathered on the beach can be seen in the pictures and videos shared on social media.
