New Delhi: Vaccination camp in the country is going on in full swing against the virus corona. About 90 lakh doses have been given. In 8 states including Goa, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, more than 60 percent of the eligible health workers have been given the second dose. While Delhi and Karnataka are among the laggard states regarding vaccination.

According to the Health Ministry, Ladakh, Jharkhand, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, Tripura, Gujarat, and Goa have given a second dose to more than 60 percent of the staff. Of these, Goa has given 100 percent dose. At the same time, in the last 24 hours, the number of new cases of corona in India has been recorded 11,610. With which cases of infection have increased to 1,09,37,320 in the country. At the same time, 100 people died in one day due to infection with this virus.

According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry at 8 am on Wednesday, a total of 1,06,44,858 people have become infection-free. At present, the number of people under treatment in the country is less than 1.5 lakh (1,36,549). At the same time, 1,55,913 patients have lost their lives. Meanwhile, 89,99,230 people have been vaccinated with corona.
