Lucknow: A strange case has come to light in Chaubepur under Bilhour in Kanpur district. In fact, on Wednesday, due to negligence on the part of the officials and staff of the development block office, a black goat ran away from the office with an important file and ate up the records of the development works of several gram panchayats. The video of the incident also went viral on social media.

When some of the people present saw the goat and drove it away, the goat ran away with a file in its mouth. Many followed him, but by then many of the file's papers had eaten the goat. The viral video shows government employees running.

Block development officer Choubeypur Mannu Lal Yadav said it is a very serious issue. Negligence of employees has come to light.
