On Friday, gold prices are seeing a rise in the futures market. On Friday afternoon, on June 5, 2020 gold futures on the MCX exchange were trending up by Rs 249 to Rs 46,948 per 10 grams. The highest level of gold so far is Rs 47,327 per 10 grams. Apart from this, the futures price of five August 2020 on MCX was trending at Rs 47,130 per 10 grams with an increase of Rs 283 on Friday afternoon. The highest level of gold so far is Rs 47,491 per 10 grams.
There has been a tremendous rise in silver prices in the futures market on Friday. On Friday afternoon on MCX, silver futures of July 3, 2020 were trending at Rs 45,483 per kg with a strong increase of Rs 1,348.
Then both the futures and spot prices of gold have seen an increase on Friday afternoon. According to Bloomberg, on Friday afternoon, the global futures price of gold was trading up 0.20 percent, or $ 3.50, at $ 1744.40 an ounce on Comex. The global spot price of gold was trending at $ 1,736.48 an ounce, rising 0.36 percent or $ 06.18.
