On Thursday, domestic futures prices of gold and silver are seen falling. On the MCX exchange, gold futures of August 5, 2020 fell by 0.07 per cent, or Rs 34, to trade at Rs 48,100 per 10 grams on Thursday morning. At the same time, the futures price of gold on October 5, 2020 was trading at Rs 48,236 per 10 grams on MCX, falling 0.14 per cent or Rs 68 on Thursday. In the international market also, there has been a drop in the futures price of gold on Thursday morning.

Talking about silver in the domestic futures market, the silver futures of July 3, 2020 on MCX was trending at Rs 47,630 per kg, falling 0.33 per cent or Rs 156 on Thursday morning. Apart from this, the futures price of silver on 4 September 2020 was down by 0.32 per cent or Rs 154 at the time of trending at Rs 48,580 per kg.

Apart from this, in the international market on Thursday morning, gold futures prices showed a downward trend and spot prices trended upwards. According to Bloomberg, on Thursday morning, the global futures price of gold was down by 0.07 percent, or $ 1.20, at $ 1,773.90 an ounce on Comex. Apart from this, the global spot price of gold was trending at $ 1,762.43 an ounce, rising 0.07 percent or $ 1.26 at this time.
