Mumbai: Gold and silver prices have registered a marginal increase in the Indian market today (Wednesday) over the past day. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold with 999 purity touched Rs 473.82 per 10 grams today (September 15), while silver price is Rs 630.13 per kg.

Both gold and silver metals have remained bullish over the past day. The prices issued by the Indian Bullion Jewellers Association indicate the standard price of gold of different purity. All these expressions are before tax and making charge. State that gold or silver rates are higher when buying jewellery due to tax.

According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold with 999 purity has reached Rs 473.82 per 10 grams on Tuesday morning from Rs 470.17 per 10 grams on Tuesday evening. At the same time, silver has also become expensive. Silver rose to Rs 630.13 per kg from Rs 628.06 per kg the previous day earlier in the evening.
