The time has come to complete the dream home. Due to the efforts of the government and some seasonal factors, the prices of building materials have come down to a record. Especially talking about the most expensive saria, its price is falling every day. It is now a year that saria, which was making a record just 2 months ago, is now half. In addition, prices ranging from cement to bricks have fallen.

Whether you are building a home or going to do some other construction, iron rod is the most important thing for strengthening. The array is used extensively in making roofs, beams and columns etc. of houses. Even the foundation means the base is strengthened by the saria itself. The price of this sari was skyrocketing just two months ago, i.e. in March 2022. In March, the price of sarees had reached 85,000 rupees a tonne at some places. Now it has come down to 45 thousand rupees a tonne in many places.

Recently, the government has increased the export duty on steel. Due to this, the prices of steel products in the domestic market have fallen sharply. At one point in March this year, the retail price of saria had reached 85 thousand rupees per tonne, which has just come down to 45-50 thousand rupees per tonne. Not only local but also the price of branded sarees has come down drastically in the last few months. Now, the price of branded saria has also come down to 80-85 thousand rupees per tonne. In March 2022, the price of the branded saree had reached close to Rs 0.1 lakh per tonne.
