Rashmika Mandanna and Amitabh Bachchan’s goodbye has already hit the theatre and the movie is doing very well. At present when all the films are about love story and action this film deals with the emotional relationship in family.

Goodbye Review

Goodbye will leave you in tears, and you will fall in love with your parents even more after watching it. 'Goodbye' breaks many myths, and stereotypes, and shows the reality of society and how when one person in our life leaves us forever. The story is all about the mother of a family, Gayatri Bhalla (Neena Gupta) has suddenly died. Trying to kill time, Gayatri's family and husband Harish Bhalla (Amitabh Bachchan)  reunite all family members.

A little over 2 hours long, the film is able to capture the tumultuous relationship shared by members of a family that comes to the fore after the unfortunate death of the mother.  Goodbye the story of a grief-stricken dysfunctional family, a rebel daughter who refuses to believe in the outdated and orthodox rituals and tradition and the  story about four siblings who are settled in different parts of the world and come together to say the last goodbye to their dead mother

Character's Performances

Speaking of Neena Gupta, the character is an on-and-off one in the story but it would have been incomplete without her.  Rashmika Mandana as a lawyer who questions the familial workings after the death of her mother makes a promising debut in Hindi cinema. Pavail Gulati and Sahil Mehta play Bachchan’s sons. Amitabh Bachchan is the father we all have, the most relatable fights, arguments and even orders. The super tensed dad of every child who is annoyed with everything they do and still is there just a call away Sunil Grover. Grover has a charming presence. His appearance is smooth and flown naturally with the story.
