Passengers going from Kumaon and from Dehradun to Kathgodam and Haldwani will get relief. In fact, this is also big news because, during the rainy season, the roads of Uttarakhand are in a state of disrepair and in many places, the closure of the routes keeps coming every day. In such a situation, people also consider the train journey safe and definite.

Station Superintendent of Kathgodam railway station Chunav Roy informed that the train Dehradun Express, which used to run 5 days in a week from Kathgodam, will now run for 7 days. The Railway Superintendent also made it clear that the train will not run from Kathgodam for seven days. For three days, the train will run from Haldwani to Dehradun and for four days from Kathgodam to Dehradun. Passengers should pay special attention to which days the train will run from Kathgodam and on which days from Haldwani.

Chunav Roy said that the train will run from Kathgodam railway station on Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and from Haldwani railway station on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Accordingly, passenger tickets will also be made so that the passengers do not face any problems and the train will be run for 7 days and the passengers will get the facility.
