New York: Alphabet-owned company Google has announced a Corona holiday to its employees. Employees in Facebook will work from home till the end of this year. People are working from home due to Corona epidemic at this time. Google CEO Sundar Pichai has announced this in this regard by sending a memo to all employees on Thursday.

Due to Coronavirus, employees of most companies are currently staying at home. Lockdown is going on in many countries of the world including India. Sundar Pichai said that all employees will be given this holiday on the next May 22, 2020, i.e. Friday. With this, Pichai said that Google will start opening its offices in many countries of the world from June.

Social media company Facebook said that by the end of this year, it is giving concession to its employees to work from home. Facebook offices will open on July 6, but the policy from Work from Home will remain in force till the end of December. During this time, employees will only need to come to the office for the necessary work. Regarding work from home, a Facebook spokesperson said that employees who can stay away from the office and continue their work can avail the facility of work from home till the end of the year.
