New Delhi: In honor of the upcoming holiday season, Google is rolling out a ton of new Android features. With these additions, Google Photos, YouTube, Wear OS,

All other platforms should work fine. One notable feature is that Android Reading Mode now supports visually impaired people. Additionally, new emoji like snowman and snowflake have been added to Gboard.

There's never been a better time for Google to roll out its latest batch of holiday-themed updates than now that the Christmas season has officially begun.

The company's best-known apps, including Google Photos and YouTube, as well as WearOS, its operating system for smartwatches and other wearables, have all received updates.
It is commendable that the business is showing inclusivity by creating facilities for the visually impaired.

The new Google Reading Mode has functions that make reading easier for people who are blind, low vision, or have dyslexia.
When reading content from websites and apps, you'll have access to a number of customizable display options once the update is installed on your device. These options include changing the contrast, font style and size, and the speed of the text-to-speech feature.

New templates from designers like renowned watercolorist Yao Cheng Design and Australian visual artist DABSMYLA have been added to Google Photos' collage editor.

Simply select your favorite photos, add them to the "Collage" option, and you can experiment with the different layouts that are provided to access these new artist-designed styles.

The new Search widget on YouTube's home screen makes browsing content easier. Shorts, your subscription list, and your video library can all be tracked in one place.

A Google TV app update is also forthcoming. With just one tap, you can cast content directly from the app to a compatible TV. The film will start next week.

With adidas' running app, you'll be able to access over 30 different types of workouts starting next week. When you ask the Google Assistant to "Hey Google, start running with adidas Running," it immediately responds positively.

Your smartwatch will track workout speed, distance and heart rate. The Wear OS version of note-taking app, Google Keep, has also been updated.

You can also lock, unlock or start your car remotely using the digital car key and your smartphone. Additionally, you are now able to use an iPhone or Pixel to share "Digital Keys" with friends and family.

This feature will also be available on some Android smartphones running on version 12 or above. Through the digital wallet app, you can monitor who has access to your car.
