Google Map has launched a very special feature for the convenience of its users. With the help of which you will know how many COVID-19 patients are there in your area. Launched as 'COVID layer', this feature will be available on both Android and iOS platforms. In this, not only will you get information about COVID-19 infected, but you will also get updates related to COVID-19 virus.

Google Map has shared information about the 'COVID layer' feature through its official Twitter account. The tweet states that a new layer feature has been added to Maps. Which will provide updates related to new corona cases and patients data coming to your area. The company has also made it clear that this feature will be made available on both Android and iOS platforms. This update can be rolled out from this week.

According to the information given by the company, the layer button will be given in Google Map which will be located on the right side of the screen. After clicking this button, the button of COVID -19 info will appear. After clicking on this feature, this map will change according to the position of Kovid. It will show an average of seven new cases per 100,000 people in the area and will also show whether cases are increasing or decreasing in the area. With this, this facility will be very helpful for the people.
