Search engine company Google has launched a special feature, named Accessible Places, keeping in mind the handicap or disabled person. Disabled people will get favorable location information for wheelchairs on Google map with this feature. The disabled will also be able to find out which hotel or restaurant has wheelchair entry facility. Currently, the feature has been released in Australia, Japan, the UK and the US. It is expected that the company will soon release this feature in other countries.

120 million local guides helped
Google says there are about 130 million disabled people who are currently using wheelchairs. Our latest Accessible Places feature will be very useful for those users. Through this, wheelchair users will get information about sitting at home, which are the suitable places for wheelchairs around them. The company has further stated that about 120 million local guides have helped us prepare this feature.

How to activate this feature
To use Google's new feature, users have to go to the settings of Google Maps. After that go to the section of Accessibility and open the Accessible Places option. As soon as this feature is activated, then users will see all the favorable locations for Google Maps wheelchairs.
