The gorgeous face and communicative eyes of tragedy queen Meena Kumari have been depicted in a today’s Google doodle for her 85th birth anniversary. Devoted a tremendous doodle to the late legendary actress Meena Kumari on Wednesday, Google has captured her beautiful face with her captivating eyes having all the lines of sorrow and grief of her life and characters which she had performed on the Silver screen on the single pic.

"As shown in the doodle, Meena Kumari captivated audiences with her beautiful, expressive eyes," the official Google Doodle page reads.

Meena Kumari was born in 1933. She grew up facing camera, lighting up the silver screen of B-town from the age of four when she was fondly called as Baby Meena. She became a terrifying actor in Indian Entertainment Industry, featuring in more than 90 films during her 38-year career.

Several times she portrayed as a strong yet weak woman who made her own way following the cultural values through life. Although she was often distressed for romance and this gave her the appellation as 'Tragedy Queen'. She was well liked for showing complex emotions Big-screen with ease.
