Google has removed 7 million applications from the Android Play Store in 2017 last year. These figures are 70% more than 2016. There are millions of apps available in the Play Store, in which there are some good ones and some are great apps.

According to the information, the company has removed the bad application due to a violation of the Play Store policy. Not only this, Google has removed 1 million developers from the Play Store. These were developers who upload obscene, malware apps and apps that are against Google's policy.

Google has said in its blog that the number of app deletion in 2017 is more than that of 2016. Last year Google had stated that the company uses Machine Learning to scan bad apps on Google Play. Not only this, the company has also created strategies to detect malware. The blog says that we have not only removed the app, but we are also capable of identifying and withdrawing them.

It is worth mentioning that Google last year launched Google Play Protect. According to the company, it is in 2 billion devices and it scans hidden malware in the app. Tell you that Google has considered Impersonation or 'copycats' as the most dangerous application in the Goole Play Store in its Android Developers blog. These apps look like a real app, and users download them by fraudulent sense. Play Protect actually scans the installed app on Android. Despite all this, smartphones are the most malware attack in the Android Play Store and apps.
