The Gossip Girl reboot retains some of the few iconic moments which might be a new batch of Upper East Siders from the OG series. For the unread ones, HBO has started the shoot of Gossip Girl and roped in fresh faces to reboot the popular TV series.
The filming recently has begun and some photos from the sets are revealed out. In the photo, the makers are seen revisiting the iconic moment of the staircase outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The fans of Gossip Girl will surely remember the location which was the spot Blair Waldorf and Serena van der Woodsen. In the picture, the star cast of the renowned show Gossip Girl like Eli Brown, Zion Moreno, Jordan Alexander, Tavi Gevinson, Emily Alyn Lind, Savannah Smith, and Thomas Doherty gracing the steps. In the male cast, members have sported in khaki trousers, topped with white shirts, blue blazers, and ties whereas the women sported short skirts, stylish blazers, and jackets. All of them are wearing the twin shades of their school uniform. While each member is seen styling their outfits in their own unique ways.
Warner Bros has confirmed to Variety that the series will have10 episodes with production taking place in Vancouver and Los Angeles. Joshua Safran took on to Twitter for informing the fans that the reboot will be "very, very queer". It will be different from the original series while it’s still unclear if the OG cast would appear.
