Bengaluru: Doctors have withdrawn their proposed strike from August 24 against the assurance of CM BS Yeddyurappa against the alleged suicide of a doctor recently due to the pressure of work of corona infection in Karnataka. The CM has assured to consider their demands. Recently, a doctor in the state allegedly committed suicide due to high pressure of work at the time of corona duty, against which the government doctors had spoken about going on strike. Sudhakar of the Medical Education Minister said in a tweet, "The state was aware of the types of doctors the doctors faced during the corona situation.

The CM has assured a solution to the problems of the doctor, after which the organization of medical officers of the state government has decided to withdraw the strike. I thank them Announcing the decision to withdraw the strike by medical officers, Health Minister B Sriramulu said in a tweet that he has assured to conduct an impartial inquiry into the Nanjangud case and consider his demands after talking to the CM.

Let us tell you that SR Nagendra, health officer of Nanjagud Tehsil, committed suicide last week due to excessive pressure of Corona related works. Nagendra's family and some doctors had demanded his suspension, accusing Prashant Kumar Mishra, the chief executive officer of the district panchayat, of harassing him for not meeting the target of the corona test.
