Opposition parties have condemned the government for bringing the ordinance for a second consecutive year without calling the budget session of the assembly. Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council and former Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said in a statement, "This explains nothing but the insolvency of the government."
