All the departments of the present central government of India have been asked to ensure priority redressal of public complaints related to coronavirus. A government order has been issued in this regard on Monday. The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has introduced a process for disposal of public grievances related to Kovid-19.

For your information, let us tell you that on Sunday, the Center had formed 11 empowered groups. One of these involves public complaints and suggestions. Its purpose is to provide effective solutions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus epidemic and identify the problem.

If you do not know, then let us tell you that all the departments of the central government have been asked to appoint a valid nodal officer to look after the public complaints related to the coronavirus. In the order issued by DARPG, it has been said that the name, phone number and email id of the valid nodal officer should be uploaded on the website of the concerned department-ministry.
