font noto="" sans="" style="color: rgb(64, 64, 64); font-family: ">The government can take another big step to promote digital transactions. General Secretary Pravin Khandelwal of Confederation of All India Traders  (CAT) says that the government is constantly promoting payments through credit and debit cards. That's why the checkbook facility can be terminated soon. 

Praveen Khandelwal said that promoting digital payment government can head cashless economy. On one hand, the government spends Rs 25 thousand crores on the printing of notes only. On the other hand, Rs.6000 crores is spent on the security of those notes. In such a situation, there will be a great reduction in government spending from the cashless economy. 

Charges to be eliminated on digital transactions.  He said that if the government has to promote digital transactions then the charges on card payments will also be eliminated so that people can move towards it. If digital transactions increase, then this expense will be left untimely.​

Five percent of the debit card is used for the transactions while giving information, he said that there are 80 million ATM cards across the country, but only five percent of the card is used for digital transactions, while 95 percent of the ATM cards is used only for the cash withdrawal Go. He also urged the people to promote Digital India.
