Amid the fury of Corona on Tuesday, Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar appealed to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to follow the constitution on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the creator of the Constitution. The Governor said that the lockdown the Chief Minister has held with the Governor is unconstitutional and anti-democratic. The Governor had also a day earlier appealed to Mamata to end the lockdown with Raj Bhavan.

For your information, let us tell you that Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar has once again questioned the behavior of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's government. The Governor made a tweet on Tuesday morning. He wrote that I am paying homage to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the father of our Constitution and the proponent of social justice. With this, I request Mamata Banerjee to follow the constitution. Adhering to the lockdown with the Governor is unconstitutional and against democracy. The constitution is not being followed in Bengal. This is a violation of democracy.

Governor Jagdeep Dhankad has applied to Mamata Banerjee's government many times to inform them regularly about the situation arising due to Corona infection. One day after many outside requests, the Chief Secretary of the state Rajiv Sinha came and told the Governor that the government has made all preparations to deal with the epidemic. During that time, Dhankhar had requested that he be given updates regularly but this was not being done. Angry with this, the governor has made such a tweet. On Monday, he also tweeted in a similar way in which he appealed to the state government to end the lock down with Raj Bhavan.
