An official source said on Monday that the government has set aside Rs 3,683 crore for a programme to provide 4G mobile services to uncovered villages in aspirational districts.

Bharti Airtel will install 1,083 mobile towers in Jharkhand and Maharashtra for Rs 847.95 crore, while Reliance Jio would roll out 3,696 towers for Rs 2,836 crore, according to the source.
