New Delhi: Corona's vaccine COVAXIN is being speculated to be launched on August 15. The vaccine is to be launched by pharmaceutical company Bharat Biotech and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Regarding the vaccine, ICMR says that the preclinical study of the vaccine has been successfully completed, now phase 1 and 2 of the human trial are to begin.

But after the Ministry of Science and Technology edited a statement and the line related to the vaccine timeline from an article published on PIB, the question is how likely the country is to get the corona vaccine by August 15. Actually, there is no interaction between the ICMR and the Ministry of Science and Technology regarding the Corona vaccine. However, the ministry has removed the statement from its press release, which caused disagreement between the two.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, it said that out of 140 vaccine manufacturers worldwide, 11 companies are running trials on humans, as well as COVAXIN and ZyCov-D, but none of these vaccines has 2021 It is unlikely to be ready for mass use before. However, the statement 'None of these vaccines is likely to be ready for mass use before 2021' has been removed.
