Government issues guideline for job seekers, employees should obey these rules

New Delhi: Big news is coming out for people who are looking for a job. New guidelines have been issued on behalf of the Ministry of Labour. The General Directorate of Health Services, associated with the Ministry of Labour, has issued new guidelines for a safe workplace. These guidelines state that it is necessary to adhere to the social distancing and instructions of the company.

It has also been instructed to keep an eye on the employees through CCTV.  The guidelines say that the apprenticeship can be stopped if the directive is not adhered to. The guidelines issued by the Ministry of Labour have also directed private companies to amend the industry HR policy. Health insurance should be made mandatory for all employees. It is further stated that companies should prepare a special Policy for Corona. The companies have been asked to tie-up with the nearest hospital. Employees use private vehicles or bicycles as per the guidelines.

The guidelines issued say that the use of stairs should be encouraged. No more than 2 to 4 people should be allowed at a moment while using the elevator. The guideline also states that out of the parents of children below 5 years of age, if both work, they should be allowed to work from home. Not only that, people above 65 years of age should be allowed to work from home.
