In India, once again, there are reports of some Chinese apps being banned due to security reasons. In fact, this information has been received from government sources recently. It is being told that 54 Chinese apps that pose a threat to India's security will be banned. According to the information that is being revealed, the apps that are being banned include some of the apps like Sweet Selfie HD, Beauty Camera - Selfie Camera, Viva Video Editor, Tencent Xriver, Onmyoji Arena, AppLock and Dual Space Lite.

Let us also tell you all that the Indian government first decided to ban active Chinese apps in the country in the month of June 2020. Since then, a total of 224 apps made in China have been banned. In fact, in June 2020, the central government had decided to ban 59 apps. By the way, this was the first time and for the first time, the government cleared popular apps like TikTok, UC Browser, Shareit, WeChat.

After all this, 118 apps were banned in September of the same year. The next ban came in November 2020, when the central government banned 43 Chinese apps. According to the report that has surfaced, the new list of banned apps mostly includes clones of those apps, which were already banned in India since 2020. With 50 more banned apps, the list of total apps that is banned by India can reach close to 320. At the moment, the list of Chinese apps that are reported to be banned is yet to come. There are reports that the list will be released soon.
