New Delhi: External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar said on Tuesday that the Indian government has worked to achieve transformative economic growth, ease of living, and the creation of an Atmanirbhar Bharat infused with the spirit of "seva."

Jaishankar stated during a keynote address at the Good Governance Week: "During these seven years, the government has worked with the spirit of 'seva' to achieve transformative economic growth, ease of living, and the creation of an Atmanirbhar Bharat. All of this has a direct bearing on good governance."

The Foreign Minister praised Vande Bharat Mission and Operation Devi Shakti, saying they are excellent examples of a "whole-of-government approach."  "Vande Bharat Mission and Operation Devi Shakti are great examples of a "whole-of-government approach." The use of post offices to receive passport applications exemplifies the phrase "minimum Government, maximum Governance." "He stated.

In accordance with the Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav celebrations to commemorate 75 years of progressive India, Good Governance Week symbolises India's strides in promoting citizen-centric governance and improving service delivery.
