New Delhi: The Central Government, which is facing severe recession and severe criticism due to it, has once again come out with some concessions. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman held a press conference in Delhi on Saturday. In which she announced some reliefs for almost every sector. Sitharaman gave guidelines for easy external commercial borrowing for affordable housing. Apart from this, she said that special windows should be made for affordable and middle-income housing projects.

In her announcements, she also announced the creation of easy ECB guidelines on affordable housing. Apart from this, funding was also announced for Affordable Middle Housing. The Finance Minister announced a fund of 10 thousand crores for the housing sector. To give a boost to the housing sector, the government has announced to give funds worth Rs 10,000 crore to 60% of the completed hanging projects.

However, there is a condition and that the project should not be in the NPA and NCLT. After this announcement of Sitharaman, thousands of investors waiting for their house in Delhi-NCR can get the benefit. For affordable, middle-income housing, the government will give 10 thousand crore rupees for the hanging project. Sitharaman said that this would benefit 3.5 lakh households. Whereas the same fund will be invested from outside. Apart from the government, investors like LIC will also be able to invest in it. Explain that real estate is among the industries most affected by the recession in the country.
