LUCKNOW: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is arranging a grand swearing-in ceremony for Yogi Adityanath, who will be sworn in as chief minister for the second regime next week.

According to official sources, the swearing-in ceremony will most likely take place in the Ekana stadium, with tens of thousands of people expected to attend. The BJP is compiling a guest list for the event, which will include beneficiaries of various government initiatives known as 'labharti,' who played a key role in the party's re-election.

Around 200 VVIPs are also being hosted at the stadium. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president J.P. Nadda, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, and others, as well as chief ministers of BJP-ruled states and other notable leaders, including those from the opposition, would be in attendance.

Officials in charge of the planning stated the ceremony would be 'unrivalled' in terms of beauty and grandeur. The BJP has won 255 seats in Uttar Pradesh's 403-member Legislative Assembly, retaining power for the second consecutive session.
