Palghar: Nowadays cases of crime are increasing day by day. The case that has recently come up is from Palghar in Maharashtra. After knowing what has happened here, your senses will fly away. In this case, a person has allegedly murdered his 62-year-old grandmother on suspicion of witchcraft. As soon as the police got information about this matter, the police reached the spot and sent the dead body for postmortem.

It is being told that the police have registered a case of murder against the accused and now a search is being done. It is being told that Kailas Dangte, an accused living in Yashwant Nagar of Vikramgarh taluka, believed that 'he is facing problems in life due to witchcraft done by his grandmother and he quarreled with her. Talking about the case, an officer of the district police control room said that on Sunday, the accused allegedly hit his grandmother several times with an ax and then escaped from the house.

As soon as information was received about this matter, a family member informed the police. As soon as the information was received, police reached the spot and sent the dead body of the elderly woman for postmortem. Further, the officer informed that a case has been registered under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code and the search for the accused is on.
