Bhadohi: Vikas Mishra, grandson of Bahubali MLA Vijay Mishra, has been arrested by the police. On October 18, the woman filed a case against MLA's son Vishnu Mishra and grandson. Vijay Mishra's grandson was arrested from Gopiganj Kotwali area. In the FIR lodged at Bhadohi's Gopiganj police station, the victim's female singer alleges that the son of Gyanpur MLA raped her several times, threatening her.

It is alleged that he took obscene pictures of the female singer, shot the video and kept raping her repeatedly by blackmailing her in the name of making it public. The victim also accused MLA's son Vishnu Mishra and his friend Vikas Mishra of being involved in the incident. The MLA, through its lawyer, argued before the court that the FIR of the incident has been lodged too late. The event is of 2014. It is clear that whatever happened, there was the consent of the victim. Therefore, this FIR should be cancelled.

Vijay Mishra's lawyer also said in the court that the victim had physical relations with other people. He has lodged similar complaints against many people earlier. It is clear from this that it is the habit of the victim to blackmail them by making false complaints against the influential people of society.
