Greater Noida: A big accident took place in Noida. In this accident, a fire broke out in the power sub-station of Greater Noida Sector 148 Metro. On Wednesday morning, a huge fire broke out and as soon as information was received about this, many fire brigade vehicles have reached there on the spot. All the vehicles have been engaged in extinguishing the fire.

According to the information received, everyone is shocked by the fire in the 400 kV electric substation located near the Sector 148 metro station. This substation started for operation in March 2018 and with the power station, a Metro trial was started on a 10 km long track from Depot Metro Station to Sector 148 Metro Station. On Wednesday morning, a sudden fire broke out in the electrical substation.

The fire took a very formidable form. According to the news, the cause of the fire is the short circuit. At this time firemen are engaged in trying to extinguish the fire. Police Park in-charge Knowledge Park has given information about this. He said, "On August 19, at around 8:30 am, the police received information through the control room that there was a fire in the transformer housed in the powerhouse of NPCL near Sector-148. He informed that efforts are on to extinguish the fire with the help of the Fire Service".
