The more expensive this vegetable is, the more it is difficult to make. The name of this vegetable is Gucchi. It is a wild mushroom variety that grows in the Himalayas. This vegetable is made by mixing dry fruits, vegetables and native ghee. This is such a rare vegetable of India, which is in great demand abroad. The great thing about this vegetable is that eating it does not cause heart diseases. It is brought to dry by the Himalayas. It is then sold in the market.

Gucchi is a vegetable grown in the forests and is found between February to April. Its scientific name is Markula escalpulenta and it is also commonly known as Morels. This sponge is also famous as mushroom. According to scientists, only one variety of mushroom came from the Morschella family. Apart from the Himalayas, it is found on the mountains of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir.
