Surat: A middle-aged man living in the Udhna area of Surat, Gujarat, had been molesting two girls between the ages of 6 and 4 in his own neighborhood for several days. When a girl told the whole thing to her family members after coming home, the family members filed a complaint against the accused in the police station. Taking cognizance of the case, the police arrested the accused.

According to the information provided by the police in the case, in Udhana, Shakeel (name changed) lives with his wife and six-year-old daughter and works in a private company located nearby. On Wednesday, her 6-year-old daughter was playing near the house with her 4-year-old friend, when 60-year-old Ashok of the locality came there and took the two girls with him on some pretext. After taking the accused Ashok along with the two girls, they started doing dirty acts with them by showing videos on their mobiles.

After the incident, Shakeel's daughter came home and told her father the whole story. On the second day, on Thursday, the accused once again took the girls with them, then the people around them caught him and handed him over to the police. Police arrested the accused Ashok Rana. The accused works as a security guard. Police Inspector MV Patel of Udhana police station on the case said that the accused Ashok is mentally deranged. Because of this, the family has also abandoned him. Now the accused will be produced in court on Saturday.
