New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is getting a lot of criticism after the controversial statement made by the Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam of the Arvind Kejriwal government of Delhi on the deities of Hinduism. Its effect is also visible in Gujarat. Black hoardings have been put up here before the rally of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. On these hoardings it is written in the Gujarati language, 'I consider Hinduism to be madness. I do not consider Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh and Rama and Krishna to be God.'
At the same time, Arvind Kejriwal has been shown in a Muslim cap. However, AAP workers have removed posters and banners of Kejriwal on the route to the rally venue. Actually, CM Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann are on a two-day visit to Gujarat. He is scheduled to address public meetings in Vadodara and Dahod. AAP and Arvind Kejriwal are campaigning fiercely in Gujarat to take on the ruling BJP.
AAP state general secretary Manoj Sorathiya has informed that Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann will jointly address a public meeting in Dahod town of the tribal-dominated Dahod district on Saturday. He will then join a Tiranga Yatra in Vadodara city. According to Sorathiya, on Sunday, Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann will address a public meeting at Dharampur in the tribal-dominated Valsad district and then at Kadodara in the Surat district.
