Ahmedabad: The BJP has started the cabinet expansion in Gujarat. Former CM Vijay Rupani, former deputy chief minister Nitin Patel and minister Bhupendra Singh Chudasama are said to be enraged. According to sources, the displeasure is over the cabinet expansion of newly appointed CM Bhupendra Patel. There were also reports that Nitin Patel had also met veteran Congress leader and former CM Shankar Singh Vaghela on Tuesday night. The conversation lasted for a long time.

On the other hand, the BJP high command is worried about these issues. According to sources, Bhupendra Patel wants to change the entire cabinet, 27 ministers may be sworn in. Their focus is on increasing the participation of new faces and women. It is also being said that former deputy chief minister Nitin Patel may be inducted into the cabinet only as a minister. There is also a reason behind this. In fact, both Bhupendra Patel and Nitin Patel belong to the Patidar community. The BJP's top leadership is also trying to avoid putting the faces of the same society on CM and deputy CM.

On this Nitin's displeasure is clear. Bhupendra Singh Chudasama can be shown the way out. Kaushik Patel's chair is also in danger. All three are close to Vijay Rupani, so they are also angry. According to sources, the BJP has entrusted national organization general secretary BL Santosh and Gujarat BJP in-charge Bhupendra Yadav with the responsibility of persuading the angry leaders.
