Ahmedabad: A 24-year-old police constable in Gujarat was suspended for making a Tik- Tok video inside the police station. Now, the Tik-Tok video of Ahmedabad woman police officer Manjita Wanjara, who is investigating the case, is going viral. In the Tiktalk video, the 30-year-old DSP is seen dancing with a friend. However, Vanjara says that Constable Alpita Chaudhary was suspended for not making a ticktalk video but for not wearing uniforms while on duty. The video of Alpita was made in the police station.  Defending his Tik-Tok video, DSP Manjita said that as a young police officer, he has every right to be on social media. According to local media, Alpita said he was punished for the wrong reasons.

Manjita, on the other hand, says she has not uploaded the video to Tiktalk. The video was recorded from his friend's account. He said he was interested in kuchipudi dance and coking and he could do the job of his choice after duty. On the other hand, the police chiefs of Ahmedabad and Vadodara say that policemen should not do anything while wearing uniforms that tarnish the image of the police.
