Surat: After the outbreak of Coronavirus infection in the country, the face mask was made mandatory by the government. Masks with diamonds have been launched in a jewelry shop in Surat. Its price is being told between 1.5 lakh and 4 lakh. According to Deepak Choksi, the owner of the jewelry shop, he got this idea when a customer came to him and demanded a unique mask for the bride and groom.

Choksi told ANI that after the lockdown a customer came to our shop, who had a wedding at his house. He asked the bride and groom to show unique masks. We entrusted our designers to prepare masks, which the customer later bought. After this, we prepared a wide range of masks, which people will need in the coming days. Pure diamond and American diamond with gold have been used to prepare these masks.

According to him, the cloth material in these masks is being used as per the government guidelines. He told that diamonds and gold from these masks can also be taken out if the customers wish and it can be used to make other jewelry items. He said, "The mask made using Yellow Gold with American diamond is worth Rs 1.5 lakh. Another mask made of white gold and real diamond is Rs 4 lakh."
