In fact, the Gujarat High Court has given relief to the famous Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. You all may remember that a criminal case on SRK was registered against actor Shah Rukh Khan in connection with the stampede at the railway station for the promotion of Raees in 2017, and that case has now been dismissed. In fact, during the promotion program at that time, a person had a heart attack and died on the spot.
After that, a case was registered against the actor under serious sections for endangering the lives of others and their personal safety. Recently a bench of Justice Nikhil S. Cariol has given its verdict on this ongoing case against Shah Rukh. In it, he said that the work done on the part of Shah Rukh Khan cannot be called negligence. Apart from this, he has accepted Shah Rukh's plea seeking a quashing of the summons issued against the actor by the Vadodara court. In its order, the high court also said, "The person by whom the complaint was filed against Shah Rukh Khan had no direct connection with the incident. '
For the promotion of the film Raees, actor Shah Rukh Khan was travelling by train from Mumbai to Delhi. During that time, as soon as the train stopped at Varodada railway station, a huge crowd gathered at the station to see the actor. The superstar then threw smiley balls and t-shirts at the crowd and after they did so, a scuffle broke out for him. Seeing this, the matter escalated to such an extent that the police had to resort to lathi-charge to control the stampede. One person died of a heart attack in this stampede. Apart from this, many people were also injured at the spot.
