The idea of the storyline Panag, came to her during the lockdown. "The very idea of this novel occurred to me during the lockdown, when all of our life plans were disturbed," she said in an interview. It was difficult for us to deal with the fact that we didn't know how long we'd have to stay in that phase at first. When our plans are disrupted, another half of the human mind emerges to carry them out.

"That is what happens to Lalita, the key character in my film. Simultaneously, she is a practical joker, and as we all know, when a practical joke is performed on someone, that person becomes a victim, and the one who cracks the joke does it solely for the sake of pleasure.

"As a result, 'Manoranjan' is a combination of the two." The script is written by Sukhmani Sadana, and the film is directed by Suhail Tatari. Panag wrote the storey. The story follows Lalita, a homemaker, and what happens when an unwelcome visitor enters her world and upsets a plan that she holds dear to her heart following a personal tragedy.

"Lalita is an ordinary homemaker who probably doesn't have any dreams of her own since she was reared like way and conditioned not to have dreams," Panag added.

"To what degree can someone like her go when she feels stuck and her modest little plan is disrupted?" It's also crucial for me to ask if they have their dreams or if they believe they should never have their aspirations and goals. These thoughts crossed my mind when I was composing the tale." Satyajit Sharma, Mihir Ahuja, and Akshita Arora also star in 'Manoranjan.' The film was posted on the Royal Stag Barrel Select Large short films' official YouTube channel.
