How to make gulkand -
Gulkand making material
Rose petals - 200 grams
Sugar - 100 g
Small cardamom (pced) - 1 tspun
Fennel (pc hui) - 1 teaspoon

Method of making gulkand - For this, first of all, wash the rose petals and put them in a glass vessel. After this, mix all the ingredients well in it and cover it and keep it in the sun for 10 days. Keep moving it in between. During this time, when the petals you have got melted, then understand that gulkand has become a gulkand.

Benefits of eating gulkand-

Keep the body fresh - By consuming gulkand, the body remains fresh and the stomach gets cool.  

Relief from nosebleeds- There is a danger of cracking the nosebleed due to the intense sun in summer. In such a situation, to avoid this, eat 2 teaspoons of gulkand before going out in the sun.
