In the film directed by Subhash Ghai, Gulshan Grover got the opportunity to play a small role as a 'villain'. The character's name was Kesariya Vilayati. His spoken dialogue in this film became very popular among the Badman audience. After this, he came to know him as Bad Man. After this, he went on to make a new identity with every film.
