He was also held captive and abused during the night. The victim was told of the incident and stated that on November 11, he had gone to his sister's in-laws' to perform Chhath Puja prasad. He was kidnapped by three armed guys in Paroha village on his way home. After that, he pushed her to marry him. She also claimed that she was beaten when she refused to marry in this case.
